Replacement Policy

If you receive a "bogus" lead, you may request to receive a replacement lead for no additional charge. We will treat the lead as being bogus if one of the following applies:

A. Invalid Phone Number:

i) Phone Number does not exist.
ii) Phone Number is disconnected.
iii) Phone Number is actually a Fax Number and unreachable as a result.
iv) Phone Number has a non-United States area code.

B. Invalid Age:

i) Person contacted is not of Legal age (18 years old).

C. Invalid Contact:

i) Person reached via the Phone Number is an annuity or life Insurance salesman or agent, financial advisor, or telemarketer.
ii) Person reached via the Phone Number denies having filled out a form on requesting an annuity quote or annuity information.

D. Duplicate Lead:

i) Person reached via the Phone Number is the same individual as that of another Lead already sold to you.

E. Non-Exclusive Lead:

i) The same Lead has been sold to another individual or company.

If the lead's household can be reached, including a spouse, parent, or voicemail box with the lead's name, it is generally considered valid. Contacting leads IMMEDIATELY is critical to maximizing conversion. It's a good idea to call leads up to 5 times over the course of two weeks before marking them bogus. If you do mark a lead as bogus, email them to: briandelott22@gmail.com in a prompt fashion and include a very concise phrase such as "the phone number is disconnected" or "I spoke with a woman and noone requested information about annuities." After being marked, those leads are verified on our end, and the lead is replaced with a new one as it comes in.
