Delott Mentoring Program

One of the best ways to achieve success is to learn directly from those who have already achieved it. Our organization is made up of regional managers who have had proven success within our company. These managers are agents who have mastered our selling systems and are here to help agents who are new to Delott and Associates.

As a new agent, you may be assigned to a local manager who will be in your territory and who will be dedicated to helping you succeed within our company. You may go to your local mentor with any questions about our annuity marketing programs, annuity leads, sales ideas and annuity prospecting methods. You may even work with your mentor about setting up your office, hiring support staff or any other item related to your business.

We strategically match you with an experienced manager with  a similar background so you can have the highest potential for success.  The extent to which you want to work with your local manager is completley up to you. Agents often have the ability to conduct sales appointments with a manager or they may only ask for advice several times a year.
