Direct Mail & Direct Response Marketing

variety of vendors. Recently, our direct mail campaign has been
revitalized by using a multi-step process of communication with
prospects to enhance the agents' opportunity for a sale. Most other
marketing organizations use the traditional system. This old
fashioned mailing system of sending un-tested mailers to
unqualified prospects is now obsolete.

Our system starts by sending a mailer out from the vendor to
spark an initial interest with the prospect. The second step is a
followup mail piece to reemphasize the message and introduce the
financial professional. This helps establish trust, rapport,
credibility and creates a call to action for the prospect. Some
