We Recruit Agents For You

Recruiting agents to your agency is the most critical element for the survival of your agency. However, it is also one of the most difficult, time consuming and costly elements as well. We take these factors out of the equation by recruiting for you. Steve Delott and other members of the management team will participate in the cost and do the entire recruiting on your behalf. Any agents who join our organization will then be placed under your management allowing you to start earning extra income immediately.

Our Recruiting Events

You will work directly with Steve Delott and our top management team to plan a recruiting event in an area near you. Our home office will take care of making all of the reservations and setting up the event. You just need to show up.

Steve will conduct the entire event for potential insurance agents and financial advisors. He will describe our organization, our marketing programs, our training events and our competitive life insurance and annuity products. You will be presented as a regional manager and will serve as a point of contact for the agents at that event. Any of the agents that join The Delott Organization will then be incorporated into your downline.
